We would like to inform you that we exercise our due diligence to retain your present & past personal data safe. Our servers are hosted in cloud and access is restricted. Your data is not part of a public domain. The personal data submitted consist of your Name, Email ID, Phone No, Nationality, Date of Birth (DOB), Company Name (Optional), passport No, CDC, Rank. This personal data is collected in order to verify that your identity does not coincide with the identity of a user with same Name and Surname with yours.
The reason for submitting above data is for the purpose of validating the identification and or for training certificate generation or for possible future business development.
Each User is the sole owner of his data.
We do not disseminate, disclose, distribute your personal data to third parties.
You have a number of rights which you may exercise in respect of your personal data. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please email dpo@karco.in detailing the right that you wish to exercise together with official documentation confirming your identity such as passport, driving license etc. We will respond to you without delay and in any event within one month (subject to limited extensions).
